These two photos are not exactly one to one, but they both capture the train at Forest Hills. The historic photo is from 1908, and you can see a train heading toward the camera. The space here is also very empty with the road also having train tracks. The photo from today shows the subway railroad for the Orange Line from Forest Hills Station heading north, and the change in construction for public transportation over time is shown prominently in these two photos.
1904 to 2019 - It is hard to believe that these two places are the same building. Over more than a century ago, Forest Hills Train Station changed so much that these photos look like two different buildings. Almost everything between these two photos is changed. robbiescott
